Replacement of the procedure "simplified export regulation" (SER)

With the project IDEE (ideal electronic export solution) the federal customs department had implemented the new procedure e-dec Export for the replacement of the simplified export regulation. The simplified export regulation (SER) has been implemented about 30 years ago and does no longer meet today’s standards and requirements. The federal customs department defined that until March 31, 2010 SER should be replaced by e-dec Export.

For the manual entry of export customs declarations many features are available within the standard scope of operations like: examples, suggestion data on user levels, dialogues over the  rapid mode or the full version, status command, monitoring AAR (processing stand: Receipt, validation, saving in the archiving file system, delivery to exporter, etc.).

The software solution e-dec Export is available as in house solution or via our electronic data processing centre “Zoll-Logistik-Online”.
