About us
We are an international company with a 30+ years history and 500+ employees from more than 40 different countries. That’s why our corporate language is English. However, due to our Austrian roots, German is also important to us.
To ensure smooth operations we are organized in the following departments:
- Product Development
- Project Management
- Software Support
- IT & Operations
- Sales & Marketing
- Administration
- Finance
- Human Resources
Within this department structure our teams collaborate across 11 locations on 3 continents and consist of 5-15 colleagues.
Our product development teams work on new modules and features for our Global Trade Management Suite. They are guided by our Product Owners and supported by a UI/UX Designer and Scrum-Master.
We host our own SaaS Cloud Platform to run and provide our products 24/7. That and all of our IT Security issues are safely handled by our IT & operations Teams.
The Project Department is responsible for the implementation and integration of our Product Suite within our customers systems and the Software Support Department ensures that everything runs smoothly. Both are in close contact with our international customers – mostly digital but sometimes also enjoy meeting their contacts in person.
