Women in IT – start your career with MIC
The IT field is shaped by the high ratio of male alumni with an IT education (IT vocational high schools, IT studies). For years, we focused on integrating women into our technical teams and are already seeing good results. However, we want to attract more female experts for our technical departments and, therefore, highly appreciate female applications - especially for our technical positions! MIC is trying to support colleagues (male and female) to balance even better their professional roles with their family roles by many initiatives.
We are happy to be audited positively and certified in facilitating women´s career and equality by the Austrian Ministry of Digitization and Business Location (equalitA certificate). Find out more about equalitA
