Customs Clearance Software Solution for Polish Electronic Customs and Tax Services Platform (PUESC)

Polish AIS-Import procedure
MIC-CUST® Import for Poland enables the automated creation of import declarations for Poland and leads to increased import compliance. The MIC-CUST® Poland module supports XML communication of customs declarations with the Polish authorities’ systems (AIS-Import) for the following import processes:
- Normal procedure:
- Declaration type ‘A’, referring to article 62.
- Entry into declarants' records (EIDR):
- Declaration type ‘Z’, referring to article 76, §1, c.
- Correction (Amendment) messages to the processes mentioned above.
- Cancellation and Invalidation messages to the processes mentioned above
- NCTS arrival
Polish AES-Export procedure
The MIC-CUST® Export module for Poland facilitates the management of electronic export clearance processes. With this software solution it is possible to automatically create export customs declarations, calculate taxes and duties and increase compliance. The MIC-CUST® Poland module supports XML communication of customs declarations with the ECS and AES-Export system for the following export processes:
- Normal procedure:
- Declaration type ‘A’, referring to article 62.
- Correction (Amendment) - Messages to the processes mentioned above.
- Cancellation and Invalidation - Messages to the processes mentioned above.
- NCTS departure
Polish special customs regimes
Besides that, the MIC-CUST® Poland module supports the following special customs procedures:
Full stock tracing and management for all procedures with economic impact is provided (i.e. stock entries, stock transfers, stock removals, home consumption).
