We are happy to announce that MIC signed an agreement to acquire the Austrian software provider LDV-Systema from April 1, 2021. LDV-Systema was founded in 1987 and is based in Salzburg, Austria. With its professional customs software eZollOnline, LDV-Systema offers a solution enabling simplified customs clearance filing with the customs authority’s system e-zoll to some of the biggest importers and exporters in Austria.
With this acquisition MIC improves its value proposition in the Austrian market and increasingly supports the customs processes of its customers in Austria. Companies can rely on MIC to enable efficient customs & trade compliance processes and to meet regulatory customs & trade compliance requirements.
