Starting with 2023, we wanted to incentivize more sustainable ways of commuting among our colleagues. Therefore, MIC covers 50% of the cost of public transport tickets of our colleauges in Austria. Colleagues who have the necessity to commute more than twice per month between MIC offices, are eligible to get the total price of the public transport ticket (such as the Klimaticket) refunded.
The goal of this measure is to make climate-friendly commuting more attractive and to reduce our CO2 footprint in the area of Mobility, where we have the highest impact.
