Your Job

• As MIC SAP INTERFACES Support Specialist, you are the main contact for customers in case of questions, issues or requested changes in the MIC SAP INTERFACES
• You support the customer’s SAP specialists
• Working closely with the customer, you analyze functional and technical errors, including the analysis of ABAP code and debugging
• You create and execute test scenarios, including test cases
• Business Analysis tasks are also part of the job: In specific, you analyze customer requirements and create specifications as a basis for implementation
• You customize MIC SAP INTERFACES to best meet the customers‘ needs
• You are coordinating your support tasks with the colleagues of the support department
• You have the chance to participate in workshops together with the MIC SAP Project Manager

Your Skills

• Completed education in Informatics or similar major (technical apprenticeship, vocational high school, university)
• Openness to acquire or deepen knowledge in SAP ABAP, SAP HANA technology, SAP module (SD, PP, MM) skills
• First experience in Software Support preferred
• Good SQL skills, good knowledge in OO programming language and software design patterns
• Good knowledge of handling interface formats (XML)
• You enjoy working in a team and with internal or external stakeholders
• Analytical thinker with strong sense of responsibility
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• German skills preferred but no „must“

• We are legally required to mention the compensation for this position. We offer a minimum salary of € 50.400 gross/year (38,5 hours / week, no All-in contracts) plus an employee bonus and numerous other benefits. Of course, we are adapting the compensation according to yourexperience and qualification.
