Your job

• Identify, evaluate, and analyse risks as a basis for sound security policies, procedures, guidelines and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
• Define information security implementation strategies
• Conduct security audits and manage ISO27001, TISAX and other certification programs
• Periodically evaluate and review effectiveness of the implemented measures and adapt them to fit legal and regulatory requirements
• Manage the Security Operations Center (SOC) and the Risk Management tool HIT Guard
• Development perspective: Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Your skills

• Completed education in IT, ideally with focus on Information Security (Bachelor´s or Master’s degree)
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and other relevant information security management frameworks
• You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT Security (if no Master‘s degree or certification in Information Security)
• Your willingness to take on responsibility is high
• Your work style can be described as pro-active, self-reliant, structured, and well organized
• You are an analytical thinker who can apply their good understanding of legal and regulatory requirements to the internal processes
• Good communication skills and diplomatic communication style
• Very good English – and German skills (spoken and written)

• Compensation: We are legally required to mention the compensation for this position. We offer a minimum salary of € 45.050 gross/year (38,5 hours / week, no All-in contracts) plus an employee bonus and numerous other benefits. Of course, we are adapting the compensation according to your experience and qualification.
