Learning & Development Manager (m/f/x)
Your mission
As Learning & Development Manager, you promote continuous growth through targeted training and development - for a strong future and the realization of our vision.
● Responsibility for the organization and coordination of all MIC Academy courses
● Designing and setting up new training courses with internal and external trainers
● Creation of e-learning formats for internal trainings and customer trainings (in LMS365) in cooperation with the specialist departments
● Responsibility for skills management for the continuous development of employee skills
● Continuous optimization of potential in skill management
● Partial handling of administrative tasks in LMS365
Your skills and qualifications
● Completed education with a focus on learning & development or e-learning management (FH, University)
● Several years of professional experience in personnel, skills and career development
● Experience in working with digital learning platforms (ideally in LMS365) and e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, AI Tools) as well as MS Office 365
● Strong communication and implementation skills, solution and goal orientation and team spirit
● Very good knowledge of German and English
● Openness towards other cultures

Compensation
We are legally obliged to mention the compensation for this position. We offer a minimum salary of € 55,300,- gross/year
(fulltime employment). We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience.
