IT Presales Engineer (m/f/x)

Your mission
You are responsible for empowering the international sales success by providing expert technical knowledge and delivering impactful customer experiences. Your work ensures that our solutions create long-term value and build strong partnerships. 

• Own the technical setup, configuration, and maintenance of demo environments for international sales projects
• Act as a technical partner to Sales Managers throughout the global acquisition process
• Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations, live demos, and webinars (online and on-site)
• Continuously build product expertise, technically enable/prepare new demos and ensure demos are always up to date and high quality
• Analyze customer requirements and create tailored demos and proof of concepts aligned with business needs
• Collaborate cross-department with internal teams
• Improve presales tools, sales infrastructure, and processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Use corporate AI tools to enhance productivity and quality 

Your qualifications

• Completed IT education (Vocational High school/university of applied sciences/university) with a focus on informatics
• Professional experience is an advantage
• Experience/knowledge in Java, PL/SQL and SQL is important
• Excellent written and spoken English skills (business fluent)
• Good German skills is an advantage
• Willingness to travel (Europe)
• Strong communication skills and distinctive analytical as well as conceptual abilities
• Strong self-motivation, pro-activeness, and very high independence
• Structured and accurate way of working

Compensation
We are legally obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 49.000,- gross per year (full-time employment). We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience.
