HR-Manager (m/f/x)
Your mission
As an HR Manager, you position MIC as a preferred employer and ensure excellent support for applicants throughout the recruiting and onboarding process. You promote a remarkable employee journey and an agile learning culture. As a sparring partner, you advise MIC managers on all HR-related topics.
● Recruiting new employees in the (inter)national IT environment incl. onboarding
● Active contribution in exciting employer branding & social media activities
● Support in learning & development
● Continuous optimization of HR processes & HR tools
● Coordination of the MIC knowledge management landscape
● First point of contact for our Vienna office
Your skills and qualifications
● Completed commercial or technical education with a focus on HR (university, university of applied sciences)
● Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in an IT environment
● Very good German and English language skills
● Strong IT affinity and excellent knowledge of Office 365
● Team-oriented, communicative personality with a hands-on mentality, independent and precise working style, as well as problem-solving skills
● Openness toward other cultures

Compensation
We are legally obliged to mention the compensation for this position. We offer a minimum salary of € 55,300.00 gross/year (fulltime employment). We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience.
