    Meet the hiring manager and technical interviewer or department lead. This is your chance to learn more about MIC and the role while we discuss your experience and skills in detail and see how well our expectations align.

    Look&Feel

    Meet your future colleagues and manager in this on-site session, where we focus on getting to know each other personally and professionally. To better understand your technical abilities, we ask you to demonstrate your skills in technical challenges.

    Step 5 - MS Teams Call
    Compensation package and contract meeting

    We’ll present our financial package in a short call. If you decide to join, we’ll follow up with another call to go over the contract and answer any questions you may have. Then, you’ll receive the signed contract electronically for countersigning.

We make our technology decisions consciously and transparently—supported by our internal Tech Radar, which provides insights into technologies we use, evaluate, and plan for the future. The Tech Radar is continuously evolving and helps guide our engineering direction.

We place great emphasis on clean code, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning—whether through pair programming, code reviews, or internal tech sessions.

AI is part of our daily work:
We actively use modern AI tools to support our developers—for example, in coding, code reviews, documentation, and analyzing complex problems more efficiently. At the same time, we ensure a responsible and practical use of these technologies.

We have clearly defined career paths in place - e.g., Junior Project Manager => Project Manager => Senior Project Manager - that provide guidance. On the other hand, you can also develop according to your interests - e.g., start as a Software Support Engineer and move into the role of Project Manager.
