    Meet the hiring manager and technical interviewer or department lead. This is your chance to learn more about MIC and the role while we discuss your experience and skills in detail and see how well our expectations align.

    Look&Feel

    Meet your future colleagues and manager in this on-site session, where we focus on getting to know each other personally and professionally. To better understand your technical abilities, we ask you to demonstrate your skills in technical challenges.

    Step 5 - MS Teams Call
    Compensation package and contract meeting

    We’ll present our financial package in a short call. If you decide to join, we’ll follow up with another call to go over the contract and answer any questions you may have. Then, you’ll receive the signed contract electronically for countersigning.

Our tech stack

Our development team thrives in a modern work environment with SCRUM, Kanban, Coding Dojos, and more. The main tech stack includes Java, Jakarta EE, Python or JavaScript, Oracle DB, PL/SQL (expiring). We provide top-level hardware, two monitors per desk, headphones, adjustable desks and ergonomic chairs.

Personal growth

At MIC, continuous learning, personal and professional growth are key. Each employee is allocated an annual budget specifically for training at the MIC Academy.

Career development at our company is as diverse as our people. You may begin as a Software Support Engineer and transition to Project Manager, or start as a Software Engineer and grow into Lead Software Engineer. Or you may start in Project Management and move into Product Ownership. The choice of how to contribute is entirely yours.
