Your job

• As part of an agile product team, you are responsible for developing requirements and product maintenance (e.g., analysis of bug reports and bug fixing, refactoring) in MIC software modules
• As a Senior Software Engineer, you take responsibility for the quality of work produced and collaborate with other team members in implementing, testing, reviewing, and documenting software
• You are analyzing, designing, and implementing requirements and maintaining software
• Testing new/changed software, creating unit-/integration- and system-tests, and participating in software documentation is also part of your job
• You are ensuring that non-functional requirements (usability, performance, etc.) are met
• You are continuously improving development and quality assurance activities in collaboration with other agile teams in Sprint meetings

Your skills and qualifications

• Degree in computer science or IT
• Minimum 3 years relevant programming experience
• Familiar with Java, PLSQL and SQL; Oracle database is an advantage
• Understanding of software design and architecture
• Experience with agile software development is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Team Player with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and well structured, pro-active work style
• Spanish (mother tongue)
• Proven English skills (written & spoken)
