Your Job:
- You are responsible for managing and executing the project through its entire life cycle in time, scope, budget, and quality
according to CMMI guidelines - You are constantly monitoring the project and are fast in identifying upcoming changes in time, scope or budget
- The whole change request process from the first specification to the hand over to support is in your hand
- You define specifications of gaps, as a basis for the Software developers (creating user stories, Jira tickets) and prioritize together with the Development team
- You are configuring our software according to our customers needs
- You are coordinating and planning release or patch upgrades during the project
- Creating, executing and documenting test cases together with the customer is also an important aspect of your role
- You cooperate closely with the Sales Department (support in customer projects), the Product Development and Software Support (hand over after the Hypercare phase)
- You are regularly reporting to the Team Manager
Your skills:
- Completed education in IT (vocational High school for IT, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
- Very good IT project management skills developed by several years of practical experience in IT project management
- A profound understanding of relational databases, SQL statements and ideally Oracle DB
- Good knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (ideally with Java)
- Proactive, analytical and structured way of working
- Technical affinity, hands-on attitude during the entire project life cycle
- Very good communication skills and a customer oriented approach
- Fluent in German and English
- Openness for business travel (max. 10%) and international cultures

Compensation
We are legally required to mention the compensation for this position. We offer a minimum salary of € 54.600,- gross/year (38,5 hours / week, no All-in contracts) plus an employee bonus and numerous other benefits. Of course, we are adapting the compensation according to your experience and qualification.
