Sustainable hosting of MIC GTM Solutions
More sustainable hosting and reduction of the CO2 footprint of MIC GTM Solutions

We host our internal IT and parts of our SaaS solutions on Microsoft Azure Cloud, which prioritizes sustainable data centers and cloud infrastructure. Azure is committed to reducing environmental impact across carbon, water, waste, and ecosystems, with a goal of using 100% renewable energy by 2025.
As a first step, we are leveraging Microsoft’s Sustainability API to evaluate the CO2 impact of our SaaS solutions. Based on this data, we will define feasible measures to reduce their carbon footprint.
For client-hosted SaaS solutions, we partner with A1's data center in Vienna’s Arsenal, which operates on 100% renewable energy—primarily European hydropower, supplemented by wind, solar, biomass, and biogas. A1 reports 0.00 g/kWh of CO2 emissions and uses free-cooling systems for server cooling. They also hold ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
Please note: The CO2 footprint of client-hosted SaaS solutions is not yet included in MIC’s Corporate Carbon Footprint.
