MIC’s Support teams are based in Linz, Austria and Southfield, MI. allowing for 24/7 global coverage.
The support team leaders have direct responsibility to ensure smooth system operation and support post-implementation product updates and service.
MIC also offers Application Support (APS) services upon customer request. Our APS team members are often focused on specific clients and regions, ensuring excellent working relationships with our clients, familiarity with the client’s operations and systems and increased efficiency at solving any issues that may arise.
