Alfred Hiebl Sr. is Managing Director – Commercial – of MIC Datenverarbeitung GmbH and responsible for MIC's global sales, marketing and administration activities.
As a founding member and co-owner of MIC Datenverarbeitung GmbH, Mr. Hiebl has been instrumental since its beginnings in 1989 in leading the company to its present high standing in the global customs and trade software market.
His years of experience in the customs field and in-depth understanding of foreign trade processes were a key factor in his becoming a member of the working group on the Single European Authorization (SEA) of the EU Commission. Mr. Hiebl is an active advocate for global centralized customs solutions, regularly participating at industry conferences in Europe and America.

Manfred Biermayer is Managing Director – Technical – of MIC Datenverarbeitung GmbH and is responsible for MIC's global product development and technical projects.
As a founding member and Co-owner of MIC Datenverarbeitung GmbH, Mr. Biermayer has unmatched experience in the implementation of customs software around the world, and in the field of project management.
His unparalleled analytical and technological talents are at the heart of MIC's software development initiatives, which continue to drive software enhancements and new products under his direction. Mr. Biermayer received a 'Diplom Ingenieur' degree in Technical Mathematics from the Johannes Kepler University in Linz.
